No one thought they will order online this much and now if you will look back at your order history, you will be amazed to see the amount you have spent on online ordering, Dominos brought the concept of 30 minutes delivery and they had big leverage over competitors for years, Amazon has prime and it’s big leverage over its competitors.

Zomato has the user persona of every customer. For example, if I only order biryani from Zomato they know that is my favourite and I have been getting specific notifications for biryani but my friend Rahul might like Rolls and he gets notified about rolls. Imagine that data multiplied by thousands of times, they know what people are going to order, which item is reaching good deliveries and what do people expect?
3. Merchant data:
Now one thing which nobody is discussing there is a feature of preparation time for all merchants, now merchants have to add an average time for preparation that could range between 5-25 minutes ideally and since last 2 years Zomato has internally been trying to bring this time down and now they know for which items, they can do it easily. It can be easily done in the case of a burger, beverages, rolls and even pizza at some places
4. Zomato’s Goldmine:
Zomato’s big cloud kitchens are going to be the biggest revolution, now the data is there but what will you do with all that until you can’t perform specific operations based on data, and this is where cloud kitchens in the high street come in, these high streets consist of majority orders of a city and this is where they are going to place the kitchens.
5. Zomato’s growth marketing strategies:
And this is just the operation part, nobody is talking about how beautiful the growth strategies of Zomato are, they are going to pull off everything with ease, on one hand, brand pay media companies to go viral and Zomato’s content go viral automatically due to growth strategies
